I went in for my first Botox appointment with my sister. We had Katie and she was absolutely amazing! We decided last minute to get lip fillers and ended up taking a lot more of Katie’s time but she was happy to do it. You can tell she is a perfectionist and wants the best for you. I highly recommend this amazing place.
While visiting Spokane, I ran into Crafted Beauty. It is conveniently located in downtown. As soon as you enter the premises, you can tell that you are into something special. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is clean, smells wonderful and relaxing.
I got diamond glow facial and my aesthetician was Erin. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the procedure and the products she would use.
Afterwards, she recommended some products and due to my skin sensitivities she altered her recommendations and helped me to find the products that will go well with my constraints.
I dont live in Spokane but visit the area quite often. I know where I will get my skin taken care of.
The facilities are quiet, the rooms are relaxing a clean. People are amazing.

Was in and out of crafted today and wanted to recognize my great experience as it made my day. Ran in for some quick recommendations because my skin was purging from traveling from out of town. The sweet girl at the front promptly made a great recommendation as well as gave me numerous other samples to try. She was really kind and went out of her way to give me multiple options. Very refreshing. Have always loved melissa and her team. Nice to come home and still get great service every year.
I had a skin consultation with Whitini Brown and she was great. Very knowledgeable and inviting. Also very understanding that the products are pricy and willing to work with any budget. All the products I purchased have been wonderful and so worth it. I would highly recommend that if people are in the fence about switching to medical grade products they should definitely do it. Can’t wait to see the difference in my skin in the next couple months.
I have been going to Crafted Beauty for years. I live in Arizona now and still see them every time I’m in town. I also purchase all of my beauty products from Crafted Beauty online. Visited with Melaine for a facial and brow lamination and design. I scheduled a facial and she was kind enough to recommend the fire and ice facial that worked better for my skin. My skin has never looked so good. Brows are amazing! Great shape and lamination gives them the control I need to keep a quick daily routine with minimal effort. Love the staff here and always enjoy my visits here. Very professional and helpful. I always feel cared for and like they are genuinely looking out for my best interest.
I received lip blushing from Chelsey and my experience was amazing! Chelsey is so kind and educated, she answered all of my questions and concerns. I wanted to enhance my lips but they are already naturally pretty full, so I wasn’t sure filler was going to be right for me because I like a more natural look. Lip blushing was the perfect solution because it added the definition and enhancement I was looking for!! Chelsey also mixed up the perfect color considering my skin tone and the goal I was going for - I couldn’t be happier with my results.
